Type 1414 Cutter Head Mount Adapter

The Type 1414 will allow you to fit a Presto, Audax, RCA, Fairchild, or similar type of two-screw mount cutter head on a slot-type system such as the Agnew mount (Type 6021) or Neumann mount. It is machined from a special aluminum alloy, generously dimensioned to provide a sturdy mount without audible resonances. 

As it is handcrafted, it can be adopted to your needs, to fit unusual cutter heads.

Please note that a Neumann bar will fit on an Agnew mount slot, but an Agnew bar will NOT fit in a Neumann slot! The Agnew mount is an improvement, but we still keep our slots backwards-compatible. The Agnew bars cannot be made backwards-compatible, but we can supply Neumann type bars, if needed.
